Rikkyo University (St. Paul's), Tokyo, Japan
Bishop Channing Moore Williams, the missionary of the American Episcopal Church who established St. Margaret’s, also established another private school in Tokyo in 1874. This Christian boys' school, St.Paul's, eventually became a coeductional university and now has its main campus in Ikebukuro. The university offers a variety of graduate and undergraduate programs.
Western Michigan University , Michigan, USA
This university is ranked among U.S. News and World Report's top 100 public universities. St. Margaret's has had a sister-school relationship of over two decades with Western Michigan. More than 100 of our students have transferred and graduated from this institution.
Stephens College, Missouri, USA
Founded in 1833, Stephens College is the second-oldest women's college in the United States. St. Margaret's carries out a short-term English study abroad program at Stephens College.
Hobart and William Smith Colleges, New York, USA
Sharing a campus, classes and faculty, these coordinate colleges are considered some of the best schools in the U.S. for the liberal arts. St. Margaret's students who have transferred and graduated from Hobart and William Smith Colleges have found the experience to be both challenging and rewarding.

St. Margaret's established a sister-school affiliation with Trinity University of Asia in March 2006. The mission of Trinity University of Asia is to prepare students for life through God-centered education and service.
SungKongHoe University, Korea
Originally founded in 1914 as St. Michael's Theological School, the school evolved into a university in 1987 and changed its name to SungKongHoe University in 1994. The university has 2,000 undergraduates and 500 postgraduate research students (including 100 theology students).
St. Margaret's established a sister-school affiliation with SungKongHoe University on Aug. 31, 2009. The university motto encourages students to live together with others by realizing the spirit of openness, sharing, and service.

Greem Kindergarten, Seoul, Korea
Greem Kindergarten, established in 1979, is one of the finest private kindergartens in Seoul. About 150 children from ages three to five learn and explore through an age-appropriate curriculum and unique activities, including nature programs, English lessons, and field trips.
Shingu College, Seoul, Korea
Shingu College, established in 1970, provides 26 specialized major areas for approximately 3,000 students, including evening students. The noteworthy facilities of Shingu College are a 750,000-square-acre practice farm and a botanical garden with a huge collection of native plants from all parts of Korea.
